What should I do if my bouquet wilts?

We care very much about the quality and durability of our bouquets. But sometimes even an experienced florist cannot predict how a particular flower will behave in a hot tropical climate. If it so happened that your bouquet withered during the day, be sure to write to us about your problem. Be as detailed as possible and tell us where the bouquet stood and how it was cared for. It is best to send a photo of flowers with a detailed description of the situation. Based on the photo, we determine the conditions of the flower, which signs of wilting were the first (since there are different signs in different situations). Your feedback is very important, because this way we will be able to track the failure and prevent the same situation from happening again in the future.
